SPC Capabilities in 3P Pop-up

This demo tests calling PaymentRequest.getSecurePaymentConfirmationCapabilities() inside a pop-up window that originated from a same-origin page and was redirected to a third-party domain.

1. Click Open Pop-up to launch a same-origin pop-up window.
2. Inside the pop-up, click the button to redirect the pop-up to stephenmcgruer.com.
3. On stephenmcgruer.com, the page will automatically check SPC capabilities on load and display the result.
